Finite Element Analysis- on EVERY Tool?
It's been proven to be a great cost savings device..here are the topics for discussion.

New tool replacing an old tool running the same part
and/or
New Tool being built for a new part

Even making a new mold for an existing part could benefit by having its process refined via FEA.

Why?

Without FEA, some typical methods would include cutting the tool steel and feed sysem based on experience, i.e. tools cut basically using systems developed by trial and error on existing "similar tools".  These systems include placing cooling lines and injection locations in "suitable" areas where they would perform best purely based on older comparable tools that "worked".  Basically a shot in the dark for the new tool.

Before FEA, molders would have paid any price for a crystal ball to look into the mold at any given point during the process to see what was happening in the cavity so they could optimize or troubleshoot the process.  Without that crystal ball-how does one know what is happening?

Today we have that so-called crystal ball- It's called FEA.
FEA cuts out the guess work, hoping, and gambling.

Stop guessing, hoping and gambling and let's start analyzing and optimizing the part and process the 1st TIME AROUND......AVOID REWORK!

Bozilla can perform the analysis and show you what is happening in the cavity long before steel is even purchased.  With this information, you can make prudent decisions that will allow you to constantly refine your business.

Do you remember how much your last mold cost?  If so, do you really want to pay for it again?  If not, do you still want to pay for it again?

Bozilla Corporation will provide you with the data so you can make the most informed decisions in order to create the highest quality mold eliminating most if not all rework.

Sincerely,
